개인정보처리방침

KairoX(이하 "회사")는 홈페이지(www.kairox.co.kr)의 게시판, 자료실, Q&A를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리합니다. 회사는 이 방침으로 어떤 정보를 왜 받고 언제 지우는지 알려 드립니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

회사는 회원 가입을 받지 않으며, 위 항목 외의 정보는 받지 않습니다. 첨부한 사진(jpg·png·webp)의 위치 정보(EXIF)와 촬영 정보는 브라우저에서 한 번, 서버에서 한 번 더 지운 뒤 저장합니다. PDF 문서에 들어 있는 작성자 같은 문서 속성은 지우지 않으니, 필요하면 지운 뒤 올려 주세요.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- Q&A 질문과 첨부 파일, 연락처는 답변을 등록한 날부터 1년이 지나면 지웁니다. 답변이 없는 글은 작성일부터 2년이 지나면 지웁니다. 보유 기간이 지났는지는 하루 한 번 자동으로 점검합니다.
- 작성자가 글을 지우면 내용, 이름, 연락처, 첨부 파일을 바로 지웁니다.
- 부정 이용 방지를 위한 암호화된 접속 정보는 길어야 하루 동안만 쓰고, 그 뒤 순차적으로 지웁니다. 같은 글을 하루에 여러 번 열어도 조회수가 한 번만 오르도록 남기는 기록도 같습니다.
- 데이터베이스 장애에 대비한 운영사의 시점 복구 기록에는 지운 정보가 최대 30일 동안 남을 수 있으며, 그 뒤에는 자동으로 사라집니다.
- 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
회사는 홈페이지와 게시판을 운영하기 위해 아래 업체의 클라우드 서비스를 이용합니다. 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에 있는 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 Q&A 대신 메일(kairox@kairox.co.kr)로 문의해 주세요. 이 경우에도 답변을 받는 데 불이익은 없습니다. 홈페이지의 글꼴은 Google Fonts에서 받아 오며, 이때 브라우저가 Google 서버에 접속합니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 본인 글을 열람하고 지울 수 있습니다. 글 비밀번호로 직접 지우거나, 비밀번호를 잊었다면 메일로 요청해 주세요. 회사는 본인 확인을 거쳐 지체 없이 처리합니다. 처리 정지와 정정도 같은 방법으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
5. 만 14세 미만 아동
회사는 Q&A에서 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인과 함께 메일로 문의해 주세요.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.
- 글 비밀번호와 접속 정보는 복원할 수 없게 암호화해 저장합니다.
- 비공개 글은 글 비밀번호를 아는 사람과 관리자만 볼 수 있습니다. 연락처는 관리자만 볼 수 있습니다.
- 글 비밀번호를 여러 번 틀린 접속자는 그 글을 일정 시간 열 수 없게 하고, 글쓰기와 첨부 횟수·용량을 제한합니다.
- 관리 기능은 별도 비밀번호로 보호합니다.
7. 쿠키
회사는 광고나 추적을 위한 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 관리자가 로그인한 상태만 브라우저 탭을 닫으면 사라지는 저장 공간에 잠시 보관합니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 홈페이지 게시판에 알립니다.

KairoX ("the Company") processes personal information collected through the notices, library and Q&A on its website (www.kairox.co.kr) in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, and when we erase it. The Korean version prevails if the two versions differ.

We do not offer member accounts and collect nothing beyond the items above. Location data (EXIF) and camera details in attached photos (jpg, png, webp) are removed once in your browser and again on our server before storage. Document properties inside PDF files, such as the author, are not removed, so please delete them before uploading if needed.
2. Retention and erasure
- Q&A questions, attachments and contact details are erased one year after the answer is posted, or two years after posting if no answer was given. Expiry is checked automatically once a day.
- When you delete your post, its content, name, contact details and attachments are erased immediately.
- Encrypted connection data used to prevent abuse is used for at most one day and then erased in sequence. The same applies to the record that keeps a post's view count from rising more than once a day per visitor.
- Deleted data may remain for up to 30 days in our hosting provider's point-in-time recovery records for database failures, after which it disappears automatically.
- Electronic files are erased in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Processors and overseas transfer
We use the following cloud service to run the website and boards, so personal information may be stored on servers outside Korea.

If you do not wish your data to be transferred abroad, please send your inquiry to kairox@kairox.co.kr instead of using Q&A. You will receive an answer all the same. Fonts on the website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
4. Your rights
You may read or delete your posts at any time, either directly with the post password or, if you have forgotten it, by email. We will verify your identity and act without delay. Requests to suspend processing or correct data can be made the same way.
5. Children under 14
We do not collect personal information from children under 14 through Q&A. Children under 14 should contact us by email together with a legal guardian.
6. Security measures
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Post passwords and connection data are stored irreversibly encrypted.
- Private posts can be read only by people who know the post password and by the administrator. Contact details can be seen only by the administrator.
- Visitors who enter a wrong post password repeatedly are blocked from that post for a while, and the number and size of posts and attachments are limited.
- Administrative functions are protected by a separate password.
7. Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Only the administrator's signed-in state is kept briefly in browser storage that is cleared when the tab is closed.

9. Changes to this policy
